Kōr: The Foundation of a Thoughtful Wardrobe

We believe our wardrobes are made up of two halves. Exciting, bold, statement pieces alongside the everyday staples. These are at the very core of our wardrobe, used to style, layer and complement our looks.

As these are the styles you wear on repeat, quality is important, alongside intention.

Thoughtfully made, consciously sourced and created in a way that respects both people and the planet. These styles are worn on repeat, so they carry more weight than we often realise.

  • They need to last.
  • They need to feel good.
  • They need to be made with care.

At Kōr, this is where everything begins.

Designed for Everyday, Made with Intention

We don’t see basics as an afterthought. We see them as the foundation of a wardrobe, the pieces that shape how everything else comes together.

That’s why each Kōr piece is created to be lived in and to stay relevant beyond seasons. These are not trend-led pieces, they are classics which are designed to be worn on repeat, styled endlessly and kept for years to come.

What Makes Kōr Sustainable in Practice?

Sustainability only matters if it’s built into the process, not just in the messaging.

At Kōr, we focus on thoughtful material choices from the very beginning. We use organic cotton, deadstock fabrics and natural fibres such as European flax linen.

These materials allow us to reduce unnecessary waste, avoid the demand for new resource production where possible and work with fabrics that have a lower impact on the environment.

It’s a considered approach, one that values what already exists and respects where everything comes from.

How Is This Better Than Fast Fashion?

Fast fashion is built on speed, volume, and disposability whilst Kōr is built on the opposite!

Our pieces are high-quality everyday essentials, designed specifically to withstand frequent wear. They are not created to follow trends but to remain relevant, season after season.

By focusing on durability and timeless design, we encourage a slower way of dressing. One where fewer, better pieces replace the need for constant consumption.

Do You Produce in Small Batches?

Yes!

We create a maximum of 50 pieces per style. In many cases, particularly when working with deadstock fabrics, production runs are even smaller, depending on the size of the fabric roll available.

This approach allows us to minimise overproduction and reduce waste. Working in small quantities allows us to maintain a closer eye on quality at every stage. Each piece is made by hand, carefully and thoughtfully, with the attention it deserves.

Where many brands prioritise volume and profit, we choose to prioritise craftsmanship and longevity.

At our Kōr

We believe getting dressed should feel effortless but also meaningful. The pieces you wear everyday should not only support your style, but also reflect your values.

Less excess. More intention. A wardrobe built with care, from the inside out.

This is the foundation of Kōr.
