We aim to ship all orders within 1- 2 working days from Monday to Friday.
Unfortunately we don't at the moment but we hope to in the future.
We ship all our UK and orders via FedEx, so you shouldn't end up waiting too long for you order to arrive. We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 days. Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday. All orders are insured and tracked. You will receive tracking details from us once your order is packed and ready.
You will be able to exchange your items for free, hoorah!
All requests must be made within 14 days of placing your order.

Send back your item and once received, we'll send your exchanging item and shipping details.
You must return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.
You will need to request a return by filling in your order details here.
You'll then receive a free shipping label so you can drop off your items at your local Collect+ drop off point.
Don't forget to include the packing slip, otherwise we won't know who the order belongs to and you won't receive a refund!
Once you receive a shipping label, your item must be dropped off within 28 days or placing your order. If we do not receive your returning item within 28 days, you will not receive a full refund.

Just visit our returns center by clicking here. Fill in your details and you'll receive a free shipping label to return your order. You'll then need to drop off your item at your local Collect+ drop off point.
All items are returnable as long as they are:
- In an unused and re-sellable condition
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
All sale items are exchange only.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email and receive the tracking details for your exchanged items. All exchanges will be shipped Monday to Friday within 1-2 days of receiving the returning item. All exchanges are sent via FedEx and should arrive 2-3 days after items are shipped.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
