How much is shipping in the UK and how much does it cost?
Standard Shipping (FedEx Next Day Delivery) : £5.95
We aim to ship all orders within 1- 2 working days from Monday to Friday.
Do you ship internationally?
We don't currently from this website but if you visit us on Wolf & Badger we do!
How do I exchange an item?
You will be able to exchange your items for free, hoorah!
All requests must be made within 14 days of placing your order and dropped off at your local Collect+ drop off within 7 days of receiving your shipping label.
Just click here, fill in your details and you'll receive a returning shipping label.
Send back your item and once received, we'll send your exchanging item and shipping details.
How do I return an item?
You must return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.
You will need to request a return by filling in your order details here.
You'll then receive a free shipping label so you can drop off your items at your local Collect+ drop off point.
Don't forget to include the packing slip, otherwise we won't know who the order belongs to and you won't receive a refund!
Are exchanges and returns free?
They are indeed! As long as a return request is submitted within 14 Days of receiving your items.
Just visit our returns center by clicking here. Fill in your details and you'll receive a free shipping label to return your order. You'll then need to drop off your item at your local Collect+ drop off point.
How soon will I get my exchange or refund?
Exchanges:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email and receive the tracking details for your exchanged items. All exchanges will be shipped Monday to Friday within 1-2 days of receiving the returning item. All exchanges are sent via FedEx and should arrive 2-3 days after items are shipped.
Refunds:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

The item I received is damaged or incorrect, what do I do?
If the purchased product is faulty or incorrectly sent, reach out to us ASAP or within 7 days of the delivered date at aarabhisvrmn@aarabhi.london.
I've been tracking my order but it seems to be stuck or lost?
If your order is being help up, please get in touch. We will then contact FedEx and get back to you.
