How do I exchange or return an order?
- Enter your order number and email address or mobile number in the fields above and follow the steps.
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines
- Simply print your Collect+ label and drop off your item at your closest Collect+ drop off point
- Make sure to include your packing slip with your return so we know who it is from
- If you receive a comfirmation receipt when you drop off you item at a Click & Collect drop off point, please ensure you keep it until you receive your refund
- All exchanges will be shipped once the originall order is recieved and checked
Which items are returnable?
- They must be in original condition
- Clothing must be unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
- Make-up/fake tan/ deodorant marks will not be accepted
When do I need to request a return?
You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please do not email requesting a return after this date has passed. It will not be possible to return any items after 14 days of recieving your order. Please do not email us asking to return an item after this date.
When do I need to send the return?
You must drop off your order within 14 days of recieving the shipping label. Orders dropped off at the Collect+ point after this 14 day window, will not be accepted.
Are there any charges for a return or exchange?
- There is a flat fee of £3.99 to cover the cost of shipping returns.
- All exchanges are free
