Returns and exchanges

To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

Returns & Exchanges

  1. Enter your order number and email or mobile number.
  2. Follow the steps and check your email for confirmation and shipping instructions.
  3. Print your Collect+ label and drop your parcel at a local Collect+ point.
  4. Include your packing slip so we can identify your return.
  5. Keep your drop-off receipt until your refund is processed.

Exchanges:
Your replacement item will be sent once we receive and check your return.

Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • In original condition
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • Free from make-up, fake tan, or deodorant marks

Return Timeframes

Requesting a return:
You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests after this period will not be accepted.

Sending your return:
Once you receive your shipping label, you have 14 days to drop off your parcel. Returns sent after this time will not be accepted.
