Each and every piece is signed by one of the artisans who worked on it. Clothing can take hours to make which is why it is important to know that each person working on our collections has been paid a livable wage and treated with respect in a safe environment.

We'd always recommend making a note of your bust, waist and hip measurements before placing an order. With your details, our size calculator will recommend the best size for you.

We want your clothes to last for years!

Please follow the wash care label on each piece.

Be careful when putting on and removing our garments. It is best to remove all jewellery when doing so. 

If pieces become crushed, we suggest gently ironing or steaming areas that do not have beading and then gently steam the reverse side of the beaded areas. 

Please do not tumble dry or machine wash.

Within the UK, exchange and return requests must be made within 14 Days of receiving your items. We offer free exchanges. We charge £3.99 for returns to help cover the cost of shipping.

Just visit our returns center by clicking here. Fill in your details and you'll receive a free shipping label to return your order. You'll then need to drop off your item at your local Collect+ drop off point.

For International orders (outside the UK), you will need to organise your return shipment within 14 days of recieving your order.
