Who made my garment?
Each and every piece is signed by one of the artisans who worked on it. Clothing can take hours to make which is why it is important to know that each person working on our collections has been paid a livable wage and treated with respect in a safe environment.
Which size is right for me?
We'd always recommend making a note of your bust, waist and hip measurements before placing an order. With your details, our size calculator will recommend the best size for you.

How do I take care of my item?
We want your clothes to last for years!
Please follow the wash care label on each piece.
Be careful when putting on and removing our garments. It is best to remove all jewellery when doing so.
If pieces become crushed, we suggest gently ironing or steaming areas that do not have beading and then gently steam the reverse side of the beaded areas.
Please do not tumble dry or machine wash.
Can I exchange or return my order?
You can indeed! Free exchanges and returns must be made within 14 Days of receiving your items.
Just visit our returns center by clicking here. Fill in your details and you'll receive a free shipping label to return your order. You'll then need to drop off your item at your local Collect+ drop off point.

Order tracking
All orders are shipped via FedEx and in some cases, Royal Mail. Once your order is packed and ready you will receive tracking details.
International Shipping
Unfortunately we aren't yet able to offer International shipping from this website however, you can shop our collections on Wolf & Badger who deliver worldwide.
