For our first "At my Kor" post, we'll be getting to know Lizzie, a consultant based in London, discussing her work with The Girls' Network, favourite clothing and how she would wear and style pieces by Aarabhi.

What do you do for a living and what excites you about it?
I'm a Consultant specialising in Change Management, so I work with predominantly public sector clients to support them in transforming their organisation. I love the variety of what I do and helping clients to improve their organisations.
You work with The Girls' Network, can you tell us a little about that?
The Girls' Network is a charity that pairs professional women with girls aged between 14 and 19, from deprived areas. Through a year long programme, they have the opportunity to learn and develop core skills to be able to succeed in their future careers. They cover interview techniques, networking, positive failure and are inspired to think bigger with what they would like to do in the future. It's my second year and it's great because it gives me an opportunity to reflect on what advice I would give to a 14 year old and what is also relevant to a 14 year old in 2019. With each girl I work with, you feel like you are giving her valuable tools that she wouldn't necessarily have access to. I would definitely encourage more people to do it.

What career advice would you give to your younger self?
Be proud of your achievements, have the confidence in yourself to be your own cheerleader.
Do you have a favourite book, podcast or show you would recommend?
I just finished Normal People by Sally Rooney - I read it in 24 hours which is a sign of how much I loved it!

Where is the best place you've ever been or your favourite place to visit?
I went to Vietnam in 2017 and found it so beautiful and varied, I would love to go back.
What is your current "go-to" outfit?
For the summer I've been wearing this Oliver Bonas dress a lot because it's comfortable, great for the weather and fits me well.
What is your favourite accessory and why?
I recently bought these trainers and I love the glittery stars, it's a fun addition to my wardrobe!
Do you have a favourite beauty product?
My makeup routine consists of just a few staples and I love the Benefit High Beam highlighter as it gives my pale skin a healthy glow.

Do you have a favourite piece of clothing?
I've got a jacket from Zara which I've had for 10 years and I love it, it makes me feel great and its so comfortable.
Do you have a favourite quote or saying?
It's not really a motivational quote but I always keep the saying "It's better to do one thing properly than two things badly" in mind to try and keep some balance in life.

Picking a pieces from our current AW19 collection, how would you style it?
I love this jumpsuit and would wear it with heels and statement jewellery. I'd definitely wear something like this to work events, especially over the Christmas period.
