Shipping, Exchange & Returns FAQs
For orders under £100, shipping is £3.95. For orders over £100, shipping is FREE.
We aim to ship all orders via Royal Mail 48 Tracked within 1- 2 working days (Monday to Friday). These should arrive with you within 4-5 days of placing your order.
We ship all our UK and orders via Royal Mail, so you shouldn't end up waiting too long for you order to arrive. We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 days. Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday. All orders are insured and tracked. You will receive tracking details from us once your order is packed and ready.
Yes, we do! As long as you are a UK customer, you will be able to return or exchange your items for free via Collect+. All requests must be made within 21 days of receiving your order. To request a return, please click here.
Yes of course! You will need to fill out the returns request details here and select the exchange option.
It's very easy, just follow the steps below:
- Visit our returns centre by clicking here.
- Enter your order number and email address to start.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
- You will then be able to drop off your item at your closest Collect+ drop off. Click here to find one near you.
Aarabhi London will NOT be responsible for the costs associated with returns if shipping from a courier of your choice. We recommend selecting an insured and traceable shipping carrier. Refunds will not be given until returning items are received by us. We are not responsible for shipping fees or import fees associated with the return.
- Returns must be requested within 21 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving an returns approval email.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email and receive the tracking details for your exchanged items. All exchanges will be shipped Monday to Friday within 1-2 days of receiving the returning item. All exchanges are sent via Royal Mail and should arrive 2-3 days after items are shipped.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
If the purchased product is faulty or incorrectly sent, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date at email@example.com.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Discounted items
