Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we do! We offer free shipping to all UK customers. Free shipping (incl customs and duty) is offered to all new international customers with their first purchase, just use the code "WELCOME19".
Do you offer free returns?
We do indeed :) We offer free returns worldwide. If you'd like to return your order, please emails email@example.com stating your order number, items you'd like to return and a date when we could organise a collection with DHL Express. For further information, please click here.
What is the cost of shipping?
UK customers - Free
International - £15 flat rate (includes customs and duty charges)
How do I track my order?
Once your order is packed and ready, you should receive an email from us with a tracking number. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you do not receive a tracking number. You can track your package here, just enter the tracking number provided.
Do I have to pay customs charges?
No, we know how annoying it is to buy something online and then to be hit with an extra charge on top! For our international customers, we have included the customs and duty charges into the shipping fee so you do not have to pay customs charges.
Who ships your orders?
We ship all our orders via DHL Express to ensure each and every package is tracked and this also means you shouldn't end up waiting too long for you order to arrive.
