What are your shipping charges?
We aim to ship all orders within 1- 2 working days.
Royal Mail - Signed For 2nd Class (Delivery within 3 days)
Orders over £100 - FREE
Orders under £100 - £3.90
Royal Mail - Signed International Delivery (Delivery within 5 days)
Orders over £100 - FREE
Orders under £100 - £6.10
Delivery within 5-7 days (DHL Express tracked)
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we do, for all orders within the UK and EU worth over £100.
Do you offer free returns?
Unfortunately we don't at the moment however this is something we are hoping we'll be able to provide very soon!
How do I track my order?
Once your order is packed and ready, you should receive an email from us with a tracking number. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you do not receive a tracking number.
Who ships your orders?
We ship all our UK orders via Royal Mail 1st Class tracked, so you shouldn't end up waiting too long for you order to arrive. It usually takes 1-2 days.
Do you ship internationally?
We do indeed! DHL Express is used to ship our International orders.
Do I have to pay customs charges?All international orders can incur taxes and duties upon delivery. Payment of duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and may be due at the time of your order being delivered.

How do I return?
- Visit our returns center by clicking here.
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
What items are returnable?
- Within 21 days from the date of purchase
- In unused and resellable condition
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Discounted items (if applicable)
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to store credit (if applicable)
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
