What are your shipping charges and how long does it take?

We aim to ship all orders within 1- 2 working days (Monday to Friday).

Do you ship internationally?

Who ships your orders?

We ship all our UK and orders via Royal Mail, so you shouldn't end up waiting too long for you order to arrive. We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 days. Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday.

 

  

Return and Exchange policy FAQ

Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Do you offer free returns?

Yes, we do! As long as you are a UK customer, you will be able to return or exchange your items for free via Collect+. All requests must be made within 21 days of receiving your order. To request a return, please click here.

How do I return?

  • Visit our returns centre by clicking here.
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
  • You will then be able to drop off your item at your closest Collect+ drop off. Click here to find one near you.

Aarabhi London will NOT be responsible for the costs associated with returns if shipping from a courier of your choice. We recommend selecting an insured and traceable shipping carrier. Refunds will not be given until returning items are received by us. We are not responsible for shipping fees or import fees associated with the return.

What items are returnable? 

  • Returns must be requested within 16 days from the date of purchase
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving an returns approval email.
  • In unused and re-sellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items (if applicable)

Can I exchange an item?

Yes of course! You will need to fill out the returns request details here and select the exchange option.

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date at aarabhisvrmn@aarabhi.london.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
