Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we do! We offer free International shipping to all customers.
Do you offer free returns?
Unfortunately we don't at the moment however this is something we are hoping we'll be able to provide very soon!
How do I track my order?
Once your order is packed and ready, you should receive an email from us with a tracking number. Please email us at email@example.com if you do not receive a tracking number. You can track your package here, just enter the tracking number provided.
Who ships your orders?
We ship all our orders via Royal Mail 1st Class tracked, so you shouldn't end up waiting too long for you order to arrive.
Do you ship Internationally?
We do indeed! DHL Express is used to ship our International orders.
Do I have to pay customs charges?
No, we know how annoying it is to buy something online and then to be hit with an extra charge on top! For our international customers, we cover the shipping and customs charges.
